Does Cobalt actually listen to my client call?

No — by default, your calls are not recorded. Cobalt builds prep from your CRM and, during the call, you fill in an interactive script. If you want an optional transcription (with client consent), it's available as an add-on.

Can I fill in the script while I'm talking?

Yes. The script is a checkbox and free-text form designed to be used during the call. Many of our customers fill it in as a pair: one runs the conversation, the other structures the answers.
