How are tasks automatically created?
After every call or meeting, Cobalt analyzes the transcript and identifies action items (follow-ups, document sending, scheduling…). Tasks are created in your board with the right context, priority and suggested assignment.
Can I create tasks manually?
Of course. Click "New task", fill in the title, description, assignee, priority and deadline. You can also link the task to an existing candidate, client or project.
How do I assign tasks to my team?
Each task can be assigned to one or more members of your workspace. Everyone sees their tasks in their personal board and gets notifications for new assignments and deadlines.
What's the difference with a tool like Linear or Trello?
Cobalt Tasks is built for recruiting: tasks are automatically linked to your candidates, clients and projects. They are created from your calls and meetings, and benefit from all the context of your CRM. No need to copy-paste between tools.
Are tasks synced with my CRM?
