How does Cobalt find candidate contact details?
The platform uses multiple data sources (public databases, professional email deduction algorithms, partner API enrichment) to retrieve emails and phone numbers. Success rate varies by profile.
How much does enrichment cost?
Every Cobalt plan includes a monthly enrichment quota (e.g. 100 emails and 100 LinkedIn on Starter, 500 each on Business). Beyond that, extra credits start at €0.04 per email or LinkedIn profile and €0.29 per phone. Credit packs are also available from €109 for 2,500 credits, with volume discounts down to €0.03/credit.
